LLC «METENERHOMASH» provides hosting goods at the customs and commercial warehouses in its territory.
Customs warehouse – a customs regime under which foreign or Ukrainian goods are stored under customs control with conditional full exemption from customs duties and taxes without applying non-tariff regulation of foreign trade.
In the customs regime of customs warehouse may be placed any products, except:
1) goods prohibited for import into Ukraine, export from Ukraine and transit through the territory of Ukraine;
2) goods, the expiration date for consumption or use of which has expired;
3) the goods supplied to Ukraine as humanitarian aid;
4) live animals;
5) electricity travels through power lines.
For placing goods under the customs regime of customs warehouse customs authority submitted the customs declaration, commodity-transport document for the carriage and the bill (invoice) or other document that determines the value of the goods.
Term storage of goods in the customs regime of customs warehouse can not exceed 1,095 days from the date of placement of goods in specified customs regime.
Shelf in the customs regime of customs warehouse of excisable goods, foreign goods that were previously placed in a customs transit, temporary admission or inward processing Ukraine, as well as processed products may not exceed 365 days from placing them under the customs regime of customs warehouse.
Shelf in the customs regime of customs warehouse of goods intended for export may not exceed one year from the date of placing them in this mode. By the end of that period those products are to be exported outside the customs territory of Ukraine.
Since the goods stored in a customs warehouse, without the permission of the customs authority may be held simple warehouse operations necessary for the preservation of these goods, movement of goods within the purpose of rational distribution; cleaning; airing; an optimal temperature storage; drying (including with the creation of heat flow); corrosion protection; pest control; inventory.
The owner of the goods stored in a customs warehouse or authorized person with the permission of the customs authority may conduct preparation of goods for sale (alienation) and transportation, consolidation and fragmentation of parties forming shipments, sorting, packaging, repackaging, labeling, loading, unloading, handling, sampling and samples of goods and other similar operations.
Operations performed with the goods stored in a customs warehouse, should not alter the characteristics by which these products were classified according to the ukrainian classification of goods for foreign economic activity (UCG FEA).
